This hotel truly impressed me with its amazing service! the staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to cater to my dietary requirements, even sourcing snacks for my onward journey. the breakfast was delicious and they even made sure to provide vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free options. the location was convenient and easy to access, with great amenities like a comfortable room and bathroom. the view was stunning too, highlighting the beauty of the surrounding city.
A bit of external noise, but it didn't affect my overall experience.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requirements by providing a delicious gluten-free, sugar-free and vegan breakfast. They even sourced suitable snacks for our onward journey. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, making us feel comfortable and safe during our stay. The hotel facilities were modern with convenient parking, transportation, and a great location.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating during my stay. They made sure to provide me with a vegan breakfast and even went out of their way to find snacks for my travels. the location of the hotel was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
The noise level at the hotel was unbearable. The road outside was particularly noisy and coupled with the constant sound of a receptionist snorting mucus, it was impossible to get a good night's sleep.

Here, we were positively surprised by this hotel. We were thrilled by the luxurious amenities available in the room, as well as the top, notch service by the staff. We were particularly grateful for the breakfast team who went above and beyond to provide us with a vegan, gluten, free, and sugar, free breakfast.
We noticed some minor noise coming from the road nearby, but it did not have a significant impact on our overall experience. we did have some discomfort due to a receptionist who was snorting mucus every 30 seconds, but this is a cultural issue in Brazil and not necessarily the fault of the hotel.
